सबसे पहले आपको नोटिफिकेशन में दिए गए एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म को a4 साइज में प्रिंट कर लेना होगा। उसके बाद एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म पर पूछे गए सभी जानकारी को हाथ से भर लेना होगा।
सभी जानकारी भरने के बाद एप्लीकेशन के पीछे जरूरी दस्तावेज को अटैच कर लेना होगा जिस पर आपका हस्ताक्षर हो।
अब आपको आधिकारिक नोटिफिकेशन में दिए गए एड्रेस पर भेज देना होगा।
